S.O. 980(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948
(34 of 1948),the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
1629 GI/2015 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. No.1523(E) dated 13th June, 2013 published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii) dated the 13th June, 2013.
In the said notification under the heading “Appointed by the Central Government under clause (f) of section 4 in
consultation with organisations of employers recognised by the Central Government for the purpose” against S. No. 41,
