S.O. 2999(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees’ State Insurance
Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour & Employment S.O. No. 1166(E) dated 29th April, 2014
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) dated the 29th April, 2014.
In the said notification under the heading “Elected by the Corporation under sub-clause (v) of clause
(c) of Section 8” against S.No.15, the following entry shall be substituted namely:—
