S.O. 2012(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees’ State Insurance
Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour & Employment S.O. No. 1523(E) dated 13th June,
2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated the 13th
June, 2013.
In the said notification under the heading “Appointed by the Central Government under clause (f)
of Section 4 in consultation with organisations of employers recognised by the Central Government
for the purpose” against S.No. 38, the following entry shall be substituted namely :—
