NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th October, 2014
S.O. 2607 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and
Family Planning (Department of Health) number S.O. 482(E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:—
2. In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of
Section 3”, serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
