The Central Govt. hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health) number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974.

S.O. 211 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central
Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health)
number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:—
2. In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading “Elected under clause (a) of sub-section ( 1) of section
3 from the States/Union territories”, for serial number 6, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
entries shall be substituted, namely :—
Name and Address of the Member Name of the State/Union Elected for the period
territory from which
elected.
