The Central Govt. hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19th January, 2011.
This notification, G.S.R. 569(E), issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i), dated August 7, 2014, enacts further amendments to the notification G.S.R. 38(E), dated January 19, 2011. The amendment pertains to the composition of a committee or body established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. G.S.R. 569(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants
Act, 1949(38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19th January, 2011,
namely:—
2. In the said notification, for serial number (5) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
number and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
