The Central Govt. hereby nominates Sh. Gautam Guha, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi to be a member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in place of Shri S.K. Srivastava and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Govt. of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
This notification, S.O. 961(E), issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on March 28, 2014, announces an amendment to a previous notification regarding the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. The amendment, made in exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 4, read with Subsection 3 of Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), nominates Sh. The amendment substitutes serial number 2 in the original notification with the following: "2. amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, number V-16011/1/2009-
ME-I dated the 20th March, 2013, published in the Gazette of India Part ll, section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 793 (E) dated
20th March, 2013:—
In the said notification, for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry
should be substituted, namely:—
