The Central Govt. hereby notifies the nomination of the following as the member (ex-officio) of the General Council of NCDC with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
This notification, G.S.R. 436(E), issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, on May 21, 2015, announces a change in the ex-officio membership of the General Council of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC). The notification, made in accordance with Section 3(4) of the National Cooperative Development Corporation Act, 1962, and Rule 3 of the National Cooperative Development Corporation Rule, 1975, replaces the Secretary of the Planning Commission with the Chief Executive Officer of NITI Aayog as a member ex-officio. This change is effective from the date of publication, consequent to the replacement of the Planning Commission by NITI Aayog on January 1, 2015. The notification number is No. L-12011/22010-IP Pt, and was issued by Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, Joint Secretary.
