The Central Govt. hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
This notification, S.O. 1087(E), issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH), rescinds three previous notifications: S.O. 1757(E) dated July 13, 2009; S.O. 2816(E) dated November 29, 2012; and S.O. 188(E) dated January 16, 2013. This action is taken in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Election Rules, 1975. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted before the date of this notification, which is April 15, 2014. The notification takes effect immediately.
