NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the Powers conferred under sub-section (2) of
section 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Karnataka Amendment) Act,
2024 (Karnataka Act No. 40 of 2025), it is hereby notified by the
Government of Karnataka that the Code of Civil Procedure (Karnataka
Amendment) Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 40 of 2025) shall come into
force with effect from 05.06.2025.
