Whereas it appear to the appropriate Government has given administrative sanction that a total 3117.5 Sq.m of land
is required in Perambur (Part -3) town in Perambur Taluk of Chennai District for the purpose of formation of flyover above
the existing subway at Ganesapuram near Vyasarpadi jeeva railway station under the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act 2013.
No Families are likely to be displaced due to the acquisition of 3117.5 Sq.mt of Land in Division 73, Zone 6 in
Perambur town for the above said project. In any way the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai North Division, Puzhal,
Chennai -66 is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement of the affected families.
In this regard already notification for extent 2437 sq.mt has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
Part VI—Sec 1(Supplement) dated 08.01.2025 Therefore it is notified that for the above said project land measuring an
extent of 680.5 Sq.mt in Perambur town of Perambur taluk in Chennai District whose details are specified in the schedule
below is under acquisition.

The Government pleased to authorize the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai North Division, Puzhal, Chennai -66 and his staffs to enter upon to survey the land, take
levels of any land, dig or bore in to the subsoil and do all the other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act .
Under sub-section(4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale /purchase, etc., or create any
encumbrances on such lands form the date of publication of this notification in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Collector.
11Objection to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60 days form the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Land Acquisition Officer /Revenue Divisional Officer, North Chennai Division, Puzhal, Chennai - 66.

கோைோட்டம் (இ), புழல், செென்லை� -66 அவர்ைள் நிர்வோகியாோை நியாமிக்ைப்படுகிைோர். இந்கோநர்வில் ததமிமிழ்ழ்நநோோடுடு அஅரரசிசிததழ்ழ் பகுதி 6 பிரிவு 1 (ெப்ளிசெமான்ட்) நோள் 08.01.2025-ன் படி 2437

இச்ெட்டத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் யாோசெதோரு நபரும் நிைத்லைத விற்பலை� செெய்தல் வோங்குதல் கோபோன்ை யாோசெதோரு போிமாோற்ைங்ைளிலும் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்ைது போிமாோற்ைங்ைள்
