Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.20.00 Hectares of land is required in the Kozhumakondan Village of Palani Taluk of Dindigul District for public purpose, namely excavation of left supply main canal from the Palarpourandalar Dam for this irrigation scheme through The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. திட்டம் எனில், இயன்றவைர நில எடுப்பு தொெய்யப்பட உள்ள நிலத்தில் இல்வைல விவசாய இழந்திருக்கின்ற ஒவ்ெவாரு ஏற்ைனமேை சில புலங்ைளில் பொென ைொய்க்ைொல் குடும்பாத்தாருக்கும் குைறந்தபாட்சம் ஒரு அவைைக்ைப்பட்டுள்ள�ொலும், நில உரிவைை�ொரர்ைள் ஏக்கர் நிலத்ைத வழங்குதல் யேவண்டும். அட்டைவை�, ெொதி/பழங்குடியினத்வை� அட்டவை� சாதி/பாழங்குடியினாத்ைத மேெர்ந்�ைர்ைளொை இல்லொ��ொலும் இவ்ைவைையொன யேசர்ந்தவர்களாக இருந்தால், ைறுைொழ்வு ைற்றும் மீள் குடியைர்வு ைழங்ை ைகயகப்பாடுத்தப்பாட்ட நிலத்திற்கு இை�யானா நிலம் அல்லது இரண்டைர மே�வைையில்வைல. ஏக்கர் நிலம் (எது குைறயேவா) ெகாடுக்க யேவண்டும். 3) யேமம்பாடுத்தப்பாட்ட நிலம் நகரைமப்பின் யேநாக்கங்களுக்காக இத்திட்டம் நைரையைொக்ைல் திட்டத்தின்கீழ் இல்ைல நிலத்திற்கு ைகயகப்பாடுத்தப் பாட்டிருக்கும் ெபாாழுது, ைரவில்வைல என்ப�ொல், ைறுைொழ்வு ைற்றும் மீள் விருப்பாறிவிப்பு வளர்ச்சி யேமம்பாாட்டுக்கு 20 நிலத்ைத குடியைர்வு ைழங்ை மே�வைையில்வைல. ஒதுக்கீடு ெசய்தல் யேவண்டும். 4) ஆண்டுப்பா�ம்/ இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் யேவைல மேைவைலைொய்ப்வைப உருைொக்கும் திட்டத்துடன் இல்வைல ஐம்பாதாயிரம் ரூபாாய் ெகாடுக்கப்பாடுதல் தொெல்ல மேைண்டிய அைசியமில்வைல. ெசலவுகள் யேவண்டும். 7) கால்நைட ெகாட்டில்/ பாாதிக்கப்பாட்ட குடும்பாத்தினார் கால்நைட இந்மேநர்வில், ைொட்டுக் தொைொட்டவைை ைற்றும்
