Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government has given Administrative Sanction that a total of 1.23.75
hectares of dry lands is required in Bellarampalli Village of Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District for irrigation
purpose, namely excavation of new supply canal from right side and left side of existing Ennekol anicut canal to
the drought prone sub basin areas in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri Districts. Environment impact Assessment study
for the irrigation project [i.e] excavation of new supply canal from right side and left side of existing Ennekol
anicut in Krishnagiri District in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by life shell labs India private limited. Under the
section 3 (3) of the Environmental Protection Act,1986. As the environmental impact Assessment Study has been
carried out for this Irrigation Project and Social Impact Assessment shall not apply according to the provision
of sub section 6 (2) of Right to Fair Compensation, and Transparency in land Acquistion, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act 2013 copy of environmental impact assessment study report is attached herewith. No family will
not displace due to the Land Acquisition and Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri is appointed as administrator
for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. There fore, it is notified that for the above said project, in
Bellarampalli Village Krishnagiri Taluk in Krishnagiri District, Land measuring an extent of 1.23.75 hectares of dry
land details for which area specified in the schedule below, is under acquisition.

This notification is made under sub-section(1) of section 11 of the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and
resettlement Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Krishnagiri and office of Land Acquisition Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri
on any working day during the working hours. The Government is pleased to authorize the requiring department Excecutive Engineer, PWD(WRO) Dharmapuri
ans his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their
works as provided and specified in section 12 of the said act.
Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, etc or create
any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette with out prior approval of the Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60(Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector.

மாாவட்ட ஆட்சியாரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்ெ அறிவிக்னைக பெவளியிடப்ெட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாாபெொரு வில்லாங்கனைளயும் ஏற்ெடுத்ெ இயாலாாது.
