NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF
LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997.

No. VI(1)/434(a-1)/2025.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below has to be
acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 - 45 - Perumbakkam Metro Station' and having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the
funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of
the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the Schedule
below and measuring 13 Sq.mtrs., (or) 139.932 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes,
to wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 - 45 - Perumbakkam Metro Station'.
The plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,
Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the Highways Department for the Construction of Railway
Over Bridge located in the Madurai–Kanyakumari Highways in between Tirunelveli and Seidunganallur Railway Stations

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways Department to wit to form Kamuthi By-Pass road branching from KM.16/4 Mudukulathur – Kamuthi
road (MDR) and joining at Km.30/0 of Parthibanur- Kamuthi -Aruppukottai road (SH-47)at km.0/0-6/4 in Kamuthi Village
of Kamuthi Taluk in Ramanathapuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by State Highways Department.
The following notice issued under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act
No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of
4901 Sq.mts of Dry,Wet and Manavari lands in S.No. 374/2B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for
Highways purpose, to wit for the formation of Kamuthi By-Pass road branching from KM.16/4 Mudukulathur – Kamuthi
road (MDR) and joining at Km.30/0 of Parthibanur- Kamuthi -Aruppukottai road (SH-47)at km.0/0-6/4 in Kamuthi Village
of Kamuthi Taluk in Ramanathapuram District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi
and office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Ramanathapuram @ Mudukulathur and may be inspected on any day during
office hours.
