ACQUISITION OF LANDS NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (LAV(3)/9901487/2025) No.VI(1)/174(a)/2025. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be acquired for the Highways Purpose for “Widening from, Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 41/3 - 43/0, 52/0 – 52/4 of Kallakurichi - Tiruvannamalai Road in (SH-6)” in Kilchettipattu Village, Tiruvannamalai District & Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 3688 Sq.mtrs of Ryot Manai & Ryot Dry Lands in Survey No.21/2F & etc., for the Highways purpose of “Widening from, Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 41/3 - 43/0, 52/0 – 52/4 of Kallakurichi - Tiruvannamalai Road in (SH-6)” in Kilchettipattu Village, Tiruvannamalai District & Taluk. The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Villuppuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam Salai, Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
