NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for highways purpose to wit widening from two lanes to four lanes of Ramanathapuram – Nainarkoil –
Andakudi – Eiayankudi -Sivagangai - Melur Road (SH 34) and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the State Highways
Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring 25338 sq.mtr. to the same,
a little more or less needed for widening from two lanes to four lanes of Ramanathapuram – Nainarkoil - Andakudi-
EIayankudi - Sivagangai - Melur Road (SH 34) in Muthalur, (1) Nagachi, (2) Thyagavanchery, (3) Mummudisathan,
(4) Thethangal, (5) and Kulathur (6) Villages of Paramakudi Taluk in Ramanathapuram District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collectorate,
Thoothukudi and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit-4, Highways, Ramanathapuram at Muthukulathur may be inspected
on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for Industrial Purposes to wit to Doubling of Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Tambaram and Viluppuram
(via Tindivanam) in Urapakkam Village of Vandalur Taluk and Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by
the Southern Railways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring 263 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose to wit, for the Doubling of
Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Tambaram and Viluppuram (via Tindivanam) in Urapakkam Village of Vandalur
Taluk and Chengalpattu District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer / The District Collector, Chengalpattu
District which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
