ACQUISITION OF LANDS NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT, 34 OF 2002) (LA-V(1)/10834922/2025) No. VI(1)/478(a-1)/2025. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Highways Department for “Widening of Thiruvotriyur – Ponneri – Panchetty (SH-56) at Km 13/500 – 15/500” in Minjur -II Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai -25. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 6558 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for “Widening of Thiruvotriyur – Ponneri – Panchetty (SH-56) at Km 13/500 – 15/500” at Minjur - II Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
