ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION 1 OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT 2001
(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be
acquired for the Highways Department to wit for the Formation of Sivakasi Outer Ring Road and it having already been
decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled
and managed by Highways Department .The following notice is issued under sub section 1 of Section 15 of the
Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 74474 Square
meters of dry lands in Survey Number 845/3B and etc. in Enjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District to the
same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the Formation of Sivakasi Outer Ring Road.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collectorate
campus, Madurai – 20, and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-4 Sivakasi Taluk Office Upstairs,
Sivakasi may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for Industrial Purposes, for Formation of ‘Corridor – 3 - 13 – Purasaiwalkam Metro Station’ and having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the
funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd.The following noticeis issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act,10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub–section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule
below and measuring 286 Sq.mtrs., (or) 3078.504 Sq.fts., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial
Purposes, to wit, for the Formation of ‘Corridor - 3 - 13 - Purasaiwalkam Metro Station’.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail
Limited, Chennai, which may be inspected during office hours.
