The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired
in Kuthiraikuthi Village, Madurai South Taluk of Madurai District for Highways Department to wit for formation of
Alternate Road to Madurai Ring Road instead of Vehicular Underpass in View of Expansion of Madurai Airport and
it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of
the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department. The following notification under sub section 1 of section
15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of
1187 Sq.mt. of Ryot Dry lands in S.No.46/2A,and etc. in Kuthiraikuthi Village of Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District
to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, to wit for formation of Alternate Road to Madurai Ring Road
instead of Vehicular Underpass in View of Expansion of Madurai Airport.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Madurai and
the Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-1, Collectorate campus New Building, Madurai -20 may be

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for Industrial Purposes, to wit for the Formation of “Multi Modal Logistics Park” and having already been
decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed
by TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule
below and measuring an extent of 8.31.06 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes,
