NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be
acquired for the Highways purpose for the “Widening four lane to six lane in Km 59/6-81/6 Km of Chennai-Tiruttani-
Renigunta Road (CTRR) from Thirunindravur to Padi” in 25.Paruthipattu Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District and
it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid
out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C&M), Highways Department. The following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of
1912 Sq.mtrs of R.Dry Lands in Survey No. 2 Part (Ward-I, Block-8), 1 Part ( Ward-I, Block-9) & 1 Part ( Ward-I,
Block-10) for the Highways purpose “Widening four lane to six lane in Km 59/6-81/6 Km of Chennai-Tiruttani-
Renigunta Road (CTRR) from Thirunindravur to Padi” in 25.Paruthipattu Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A)-2, Highways, Tiruvallur
and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A)-2, Highways (Unit-3), Tiruvallur District may be inspected on any day during
office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be
acquired for the Highways Department for Highways purpose to wit to the provision of Truck lay Bye, Bus Bay
facilities and Junction Improvement in Vellanur Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by Chief Engineer,(C&M), Highways, Chennai -25. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of
Section 15 of theTamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 12945
Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose to wit to the provision of Truck lay Bye,
Bus Bay facilities and Junction Improvement in Vellanur Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA-2), Highways, Tiruvallur may
be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to
be acquired for the Highways Purpose for “Formation of Chengam Town New By Pass Road” in Tiruvannamalai
District, Chengam Taluk, Se.Nachipattu Village, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensations
to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The
following notice is issued under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu
Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Land specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of
03671 Sq.mtrs of R.Dry Lands in Survey No.49/3B1 & etc., for the Highways Purpose for “Formation of Chengam
Town New By Pass Road” in Tiruvannamalai District, Chengam Taluk, Se.Nachipattu Village,
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways,
Villuppuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam
Salai, Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
