NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to
be acquired for the Highways Purpose towards the “Widening from Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening
at Km 61/2 – 72/2 of Arcot – Tindivanam Road (SH5)” in Nadukuppam Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai
District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to
be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of
00441 Sq.mtrs., of Dry Lands in Survey No. 94/1 & 94/2., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Widening from
Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 61/2 – 72/2 of Arcot – Tindivanam Road (SH5)” in Nadukuppam
Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways,
Collectorate, Villupuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways, Unit-2, Tiruvannamalai functioning in
the (Revenue Divisional Office Campus) which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Palur Road across Gadilam River” in Naduveerapattu and Sanniyasipettai Villages, Cuddalore & Panruti Taluk,
Cuddalore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands
are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, State Nabard and Rural Road,
Cuddalore Highways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways
Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent
of 3498 Sq.mtrs., of Dry and Wet lands in Survey No.4/1A1 & etc., and an extent of 1997 Sq.mtrs., of Dry Lands

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be
acquired for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of Puthuvayal Bypass Road and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and
managed by Highways Department .The following notice is issued under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 10871 Sq.mts
of R.Dry lands in S.No. 109/6B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for
the formation of Puthuvayal Bypass Road in Kandanur Village of Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi
and Special Tahsildar (LA), Sivagangai Unit-3 may be inspected on any day during office hours.
