THE COMMISSIONER OF LAND ADMINISTRATION CHEPAUK, CHENNAI ACQUISITION OF LANDS NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (LA-V(2)/11461277/2025) No. VI(1)/564(a-1)/2025. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Highways purpose towards the “Construction of LUS and Service Road at Km 0/4 Peelamedu – Vilankuruchi Road In lieu of Existing LC – 7 at Railway Km 8/1-3 in between Irugur – Peelamedu Railway Stations” in Vilankurchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk & Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Nabard & Rural Roads) Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1194.40 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for towards the “Construction of LUS and Service Road at Km 0/4 Peelamedu – Vilankuruchi Road In lieu of Existing LC – 7 at Railway Km 8/1-3 in between Irugur – Peelamedu Railway Stations” in Vilankurchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk & Coimbatore District.
