NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for the Highways Purpose for the Construction of “Widening from two lane paved shoulder to four lane
at Km 34/0 – 38/2 of Avinashi – Mettupalayam Road” in Bellepalayam, Karamadai & Sikkadhasampalayam Villages,
Mettupalayam Taluk & Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to
be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, (Highways)
Constructions and Maintenance Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the
Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an total extent of
974.50 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose for the Construction of “Widening from
two lane paved shoulder to four lane at Km 34/0 – 38/2 of Avinashi – Mettupalayam Road” in Bellepalayam,
Karamadai & Sikkadhasampalayam Villages, Mettupalayam Taluk & Coimbatore District.
The Plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways in Coimbatore
may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to
be acquired for the Highways Purpose for “Formation of road connectivity from Ennore port to Mahabalipuram
(from 101+798 Km to 105+785 Km)” under CPRRP in No.58.Senkundram Village, Chengalpattu District & Taluk, and
it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensations to be awarded for the lands are to be paid
out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section
(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 125490
Sq.mtrs of Wet, Manavari & Dry Lands in Survey No. 4/2 & etc., for the Highways purpose of “Formation of road
connectivity from Ennore port to Mahabalipuram (from 101+798 Km. to 105+785 Km)” under CPRRP in No.58.
Senkundram Village, Chengalpattu District & Taluk.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Chengalpattu
which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for Highways purpose to wit for the “Construction of Grade Separator at intersection of Mount-Poonamallee-Avadi
Road & Poonamallee-Kundrathur Road with Chennai chittoor Bangalore Road” and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed
by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Chennai Metropolitan Development Division-1.The following notice is issued under
sub section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of
03447 Sq.mtrs., of Dry lands in S.No. 738/1 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose,
to wit for the Construction of High Level Bridge in No.40 Poonamallee Village of Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition -2), Highways
Projects, Tiruvallur and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition -2), Unit – IV, Highways Projects, Tiruvallur
which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Formation of SIPCOT Industrial Park Vembur and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring an extent of 11.1500 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for
SIPCOT - Formation of SIPCOT Industrial Park Vembur.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildar(LA),
Unit, Thoothukkudi Which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
