THE COMMISSIONER OF LAND ADMINISTRATION, CHEPAUK, CHENNAI ACQUISITION OF LANDS NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (LA-V(2)/11864321/2025) No. VI(1)/580(a-1)/2025. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Widening from intermediate lane to two lane and Junction Improvements at Km 0/0-3/0 of Muthur–Udayam – Vairamadai Road (SH)” in Chinnamuthur, Velampalayam, Mangalapatty and Udayam Villages, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by The Chief Engineer, Constructions and Maintenance Chennai. After having Considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 5763 Sq.mtrs., of R.Punjai and R.Manai Lands in Survey No.442/5A & etc., in Chinnamuthur Village and an extent of 819 Sq.mtrs., of R.Punjai and R.Manai Lands in Survey No.234/7 & etc., in Velampalayam Village and an extent of 1097 Sq.mtrs., of R.Punjai and R.Manai Lands in Survey No.4 & etc., in Mangalapatty Village and an extent of 1111 Sq.mtrs., of R.Punjai Lands in Survey No.272/1A & etc., in Udayam Village total an extent of 8790 Sq.Mtrs for the Highways Purpose towards the “Widening from intermediate lane to two lane and Junction Improvements at Km 0/0-3/0 of Muthur–Udayam – Vairamadai Road (SH)” in Chinnamuthur, Velampalayam, Mangalapatty and Udayam Villages, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District.
