LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing
Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land
for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 9.8900 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for
TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special
Tahsildar (LA), Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below
have to be acquired for the Highways Purpose to “Widening of four lane to six lane from Thirunindravur to Padi
in Chennai – Tiruttani – Renigunda Road (CTRR) from 59/6 Km to 81/6 Km” in Soranjeri –B (Sekkadu) Village,
Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for
the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C&M), Highways Department.
The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 1616
Sq.mtrs of Wet and Dry Lands in Survey No.4/1 part & etc., for the Highways Purpose to “Widening of four lane to

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to
be acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Forming Kallakurichi New Bus Stand Road from 0/0-1/4 Km” in
Keeranur (South) Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by The Special
District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways, Viluppuram. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of
Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 4603 Sq.mtrs
of Dry Lands in Survey No. 272/8C &etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Forming Kallakurichi New Bus
Stand Road from 0/0-1/4 Km” in Keeranur (South) Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram
