PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 24th Septembr, 2014
S.O. 2481(E).—The following modifications which the Delhi Development Authority/Central Government
proposes to make to the Master Plan-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone ‘D’ under Section 11-A of DD Act,
1957 is hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the
proposed modification may send the objection / suggestion in writing to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Delhi
Development Authority, ‘B’ Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi-110023 within a period of Forty-five days from the
date of this notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name and address.
Modifications :
1. Proposed Modifications in para 10.3 (Heritage Zones) of the Master Plan for Delhi-2021, para (ii) to be
substituted by:
Existing Proposed modification
Specific heritage complex within Lutyens Specific heritage complex within Imperial City of
Bungalow Zone. New Delhi and the Lutyens Bungalow Zone.
2. Incorporation of Boundary of Imperial City of New Delhi in the Zonal Development Plan of Zone ‘D’-
map with footnote:
The boundaries are only for reference and do not envisage any policy changes/variation from the MPD-
2021, notified ZDP of Zone ‘D’ and guidelines issued by Government of India from time to time.
The plan indicating the proposed modifications are available for inspection at the office of Deputy
Director (MP), Delhi Development Authority, 6th Floor, Vikas Minar, I.P. Estate, New Delhi on all working days
during the period referred above.
