* Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University or Equivalent with 50% marks or above.
* Recruitment is 75% by promotion and 25% by direct recruitment, failing which by deputation.
* For promotions, 75% from Kanoongo with ten years regular service in the grade.
* Deputation criteria include officers working in Central/State Government Deptts./Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking.
Kanoongo:
