Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Planning Authorities (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (1)R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. Amendment of Rule 37-A.- In the Karnataka Planning Authorities Rules, 1965 (herein after referred to as the said rules) in rule 37-A, in sub-rule (1), in clause (C), in sub-clause (i), in item (c), after the words“ any other schemes of the Authority”, the words“ and also the infrastructure development works proposed by the respective Local Authorities related to urban amenities, as deemed fit by the Planning Authority in the interest of planned developments” shall be inserted.
