Draft Rules 1. Short title and Commencement: (1) These Rules may be called the Insecticides (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Insecticides Rules, 1971, in rule 10, in sub-rule (1A), in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2022” the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2023” shall be substituted.
