DRAFT RULES 1. Short Title and Commencement. - (1) These rule may be called the Insecticides (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Insecticides Rules, 1971 .- 1. in rule 6, in sub-rule (3), for the words “by a demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad”, the words “shall be paid through Non Tax Receipt Portal i.e. www.bharatkosh.gov.in” shall be substituted. 2. in rule 6A, for the word “in the form of demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad”, the words “shall be paid through Non Tax Receipt Portal i.e. www.bharatkosh.gov.in” shall be substituted. 3. in rule 6B, for the word “in the form of demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad”, the words “shall be paid through Non Tax Receipt Portal i.e. www.bharatkosh.gov.in” shall be substituted.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. in rule 7. - i. in sub-rule (3), for the words “demand draft”, the words “deposited receipt” shall be substituted; ii. in sub-rule (4), for the word “in the form of demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad”, the words “shall be paid through Non Tax Receipt Portal i.e. www.bharatkosh.gov.in” shall be substituted.
