(2) यह रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होगा ।
2. उिवरक (अकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) आदिे , 1985 के खडं 29 के उप खडं (3) में,-
(i) िब्दों “एक ििव” के स्ट्र्ान पर “छह महीन”े िब्द रखे िाएगं े;
(ii) ”2022” अंको के स्ट्र्ान पर “2023”अंक रखे िाएगं े ।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th September, 2023
S.O. 4251(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955
(10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: --
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Eighth Amendment)( Order),
2023
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in sub-clause (3) of clause 29,-
(i) for the words “one year’’ the words “six months” shall be substituted
(ii) for the figure “2022” the figure “2023” shall be substituted.
