The following three persons will be the nominees of the State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh in the Rampur Raza Library Board under section 5 (1) (h) of the Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975.
This notification, G.S.R. 876(E), issued by the Ministry of Culture on October 8, 2014, and published in the Gazette of India, No. 654, on December 8, 2014, announces the nomination of three individuals to the Rampur Raza Library Board under Section 5(1)(h) of the Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975. This action is in continuation of the Ministry's Notification No. F. 261295/Lib. Vol.IV dated December 12, 2013. The nominees representing the State Government of Uttar Pradesh are: 1) Dr. Iqtidar Mohammad Khan, Professor and HOD of Islamic Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi; 2) Mr. Naseer Ahmad Khan, son of Mr. Mohd. Shah Khan, resident of Mohalla Beriyan, Aqab Mahal Saiayan, Rampur; and 3) Prof. Abdul Ali, Former Chairman & Director, Deptt. of Institute of Islamic Studies, AMU, Aligarh.
