(1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Fifth Amendment Rules, 2014. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (ARTHIK KARYA VIBHAG)”, after entry 81, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- “81A. Coordination relating to Skill Development. 81B.
