G.S.R. 826(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, read
with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the President hereby rescinds the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (Commissioner of Security, Civil
Aviation) Recruitment Rules, 1989, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the
2nd September, 1989 vide number G.S.R. 656, dated the 16th August, 1989, except as respects things done or omitted
to be done before such rescission.
2. This shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
