(2) ये राजप9 म: (cid:17)काशन क(cid:26) तारीख को (cid:17)भावी ह"गे।
2. भारत का (cid:17)ित(cid:20)पधा(cid:23) आयोग (अ)य* और अ(cid:11)य सद(cid:20)य" के वेतन, भ(cid:31)े और सेवा के अ(cid:11)य िनबंधन और शत/) िनयम, 2003 म:,
िनयम 4 के (cid:20)थान पर िन0िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा(cid:23)त् :--
“4. नई प:शन (cid:20)क(cid:26)म - (1) अ)य* और सद(cid:20)य नई प:शन (cid:20)क(cid:26)म के उपबंध" (cid:30)ारा शािसत ह"गे।
(2) अ)य* और अ(cid:11)य सद(cid:20)य" के िलए नई प:शन (cid:20)क(cid:26)म उस वेतन पर आधा(cid:28)रत होगी जो सिचव भारत सरकार के िलए
िविहत ह।ै
(3) अ)य* और अ(cid:11)य सद(cid:20)य आयोग म: अपने (cid:30)ारा क(cid:26) गई सेवा< के िलए अित(cid:28)र! प:शन के हकदार नह= ह"गे।”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th February, 2015
G.S.R 70(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 63 read with sub-
section (1) of section 14 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following
rules further to amend the Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of
Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2003, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms
and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of
Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2003, for rule 4, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“4. New Pension Scheme. – (1) The Chairperson and other Members shall be governed by the provisions
of the New Pension Scheme.
(2) The New Pension Scheme to the Chairperson and other Members shall be based on pay as prescribed for
the Secretary to the Government of India.
(3) The Chairperson and the other Members shall not be entitled to additional pension and gratuity for the
services rendered in the Commission.”
