NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2014
G.S.R. 589(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture
and Cooperation) (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011.
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture,
Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (Group ‘C’ posts) (Amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 25th March, 2011
2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (Group ‘C’ posts)
Recruitment Rules, 2011, in the opening paragraph, for “Recruitment rules, 1989”, “Recruitment Rules,
1989, and the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) (Library Attendant)
Recruitment Rules, 1996” shall be substituted.
