पर< त,ु य(cid:4)द के< Oीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै (cid:4)क ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Mि और िववाह के अ<य
प0कार को लागू (cid:11)वीय िविध के अधीन अनुPेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के िलए अ<य आधार ह @ तो वह (cid:4)कसी Mि को इस
िनयम के (cid:29)वत1न से छूट द े सकेगी।

बाबत, आदशे (cid:28)ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

डालगे ी, िजनका के< Oीय सरकार (cid:28)ारा इस संबंध म, समय-समय पर िनकाले गए आदेश" के अनुसार अनुसूिचत

म3 भी िवचार (cid:23)कया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब(cid:23)क उनके %ारा
क/ गई ऐसी अह(cid:12)क/ पा(cid:29)ता सेवा, अपेि(cid:10)त अहक(cid:12) या पा(cid:29)ता
सेवा के आधे से अिधक या दो वष(cid:12), इनम3 से जो भी कम हो,
कम न हो और उ(cid:24) ह+ने अपने ऐसे किनU ठ J यिKय+ सिहत
िज(cid:24) ह+ने ऐसी अह(cid:12)क/ पा(cid:29)ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह ै
अगली उXच तर Qेणी म3 6ो(cid:24) नित के िलए अपनी प(cid:19)रवी(cid:10)ा क/
अविध सफलतापूव(cid:12)क पूरी कर ली हो।

2006 से या उस तारीख से िजससे छठे के(cid:24) (cid:25)ीय वेतन आयोग
क/ िसफा(cid:19)रश+ पर आधा(cid:19)रत पुनरीि(cid:10)त वेतन संरचना का
िव@ तार (cid:23)कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर क/ गई सेवा को
उS त वेतन आयोग क/ िसफा(cid:19)रश+ पर आधा(cid:19)रत िव@ ता(cid:19)रत
त[ @ थानी (cid:3)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान म3 क/ गई सेवा समझी
जाएगी।

आचाय(cid:12)/सह आचाय(cid:12)/सहायक आचाय(cid:12) या समतुL य सि:मिलत
ह ै:–
(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या िवभाग म3 िनयिमत आधार
पर सदशृ पद धारण (cid:23)कए aए ह (cid:31); या
(ii) िज(cid:24) ह+ने मूल काडर/िवभाग म3 वेतन ब(cid:31)ड-3,15600-
39100/- b.+ (cid:3)ेड-वेतन 5400/-b. के या समतुL य पद पर
िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुिK के प< चात् उस Qेणी म3 5 वष(cid:12)
सेवा क/ हो ;
(iii) िज(cid:24) ह+ने मूल काडर/िवभाग म3 वेतन ब(cid:31)ड-2, 9300-
34800/-b. + (cid:3)ेड-वेतन 4800/-b. के या समतुL य
पद पर िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुिK के प< चात् उस Qेणी म3
6 वष(cid:12) सेवा क/ हो ; और
(ख) जो @ तंभ 7 के अंतग(cid:12)त सीधी भतI (cid:23)कए जाने वाले
J यिKय+ के िलए िविहत शैि(cid:10)क अहत(cid:12) ाएं और अनुभव रखते
ह+:-
पोषक 6वग(cid:12) के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो 6ो(cid:24) नित क/
सीधी पंिK म3 ह,ै 6ितिनयुिK /आमेलन पर िनयुिK के िलए
िवचार (cid:23)कए जाने के पा(cid:29) नहH ह+गे। इसी 6कार, 6ितिनयुS त
J यिK 6ो(cid:24) नित %ारा िनयुिK के िलए िवचार (cid:23)कए जाने के
पा(cid:29) नहH ह+गे।
(6ितिनयुिK क/ अविध (आईएसटीसी), िजसके अंतग(cid:12)त
के(cid:24) (cid:25)ीय सरकार के उसी या (cid:23)कसी अ(cid:24) य संगठन/ िवभाग म3 इस
िनयुिK से ठीक पहले धा(cid:19)रत (cid:23)कसी अ(cid:24) य काडर बाd पद पर
6ितिनयुिK क/ अविध (आईएसटीसी) शािमल ह,ै

G.S.R. 579(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution
and in supersession of the National Gallery of Modern Art (Group A and Group B posts) Recruitment Rules,
1973 in sofaras it relates to the posts of Keeper, Deputy Keeper (Publication), Dy. Keeper (Art Collection),
Deputy Keeper (Education), Deputy Keeper (Exhibition), Guide Lecturer, Administrative Officer and Librarian
in National Gallery of Modern Art except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules namely:-¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 15
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National
Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Group A and Group B Posts Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Post, classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale.— The number of the
said post their classification and the Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale attached thereto shall be as
specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age
limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to
(13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under
the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other
grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of these rules.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so
to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these
rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other
concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the
Ex-servicemen, the Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with
the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

The department officers in the feeder category who
are in the direct line of promotion will not be
eligible for consideration for appointment on
deputation/absorption. Similarly, deputationists
shall not be eligible for consideration for
appointment by promotion.
(Period of deputation (ISTC) including the period of
deputation (ISTC) in another ex-cadre post held
immediately preceding this appointment in the same
or some other organization/department of the
Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed
four years. The maximum age limit for appointment
by deputation (ISTC) shall not be exceeding 56
