Ministry of Culture Three-Day “Kuvara Bhivsen Mahotsav” to be Held in Parseoni Posted On: 17 APR 2026 7:22PM by PIB Mumbai Nagpur, April 17, 2026 A three-day cultural festival titled “Kuvara Bhivsen Mahotsav” will be held at Parseoni Ground, Parseoni, Nagpur, from April 18 to 20, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM each day. The festival is being jointly organized by the South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC), Nagpur, under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the Tribal Development Department, Government of Maharashtra. During the three-day festival, more than 90 tribal artists from six tribal dance groups representing three states will present vibrant cultural performances. The programme will feature renowned tribal dance forms including Saila Karma and Gedi dance from Chhattisgarh; Baiga Karma, Baiga Pardhoni, and Gudum Baja from Madhya Pradesh; and Tarpa, Saongi Mask Dance, and Khapri dance from Maharashtra.
