In the said notification, after S. No. 18, the following S. No. shall be inserted, namely:- 1 2 3 ―18A. Director, Art and Culture Department, State of Mizoram‖ Government of Mizoram, Aizawl 2. The above amendment shall take effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette. [F.
