UNIVERSITY AUTHORITIES - THE TAMIL NADU Dr. AMBEDKAR LAW UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI - Election of one teacher from each affiliated college to be elected by the teachers of affi liated colleges from among themselves to the Academic Senate.

Nomination papers will be scrutinized at the University office at 5:00 PM on August 9, 2017, and the list of eligible candidates will be published on the same day. Candidates may withdraw their nominations by submitting a written notice to "The Registrar and Election Officer, Tamil University, Thanjavur 613 010," by registered post with acknowledgment due or by hand before 3:00 PM on August 16, 2017. The final list of candidates will be published on the same day after the deadline for withdrawal. If the number of final candidates exceeds the number of positions, a secret ballot election will be held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on August 31, 2017.
