purpose of the departmental inquiry relating to Shri S. Gopinath, Joint Registrar (Under Suspension) it is necessary to
summon as witness from Annexure IV of the charge sheet.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Departmental
Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witness and Production of Documents) Act, 1972 (18 of 1772), the Central
University of Kerala hereby authorize Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar, Controller of Examinations, Central University of
