Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry in the serious incident be made. Accordingly, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee of Inquiry headed by Sh. Amit Gupta, Deputy Director, AAIB with following member: (i) Sh.
