अतः, अब, क(cid:27)Kीय सरकार उ< वायुयान अिधिनयम क. धारा 5 9ारा (दM शि<य’ का (योग करते Dए,
वायुयान िनयम, 1937 म(cid:27) और आगे संशोधन करने के िलए िनNिलिखत िनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाBतः-
1. (1) इन िनयम’ का संि/A नाम वायुयान (नौवा ँसंशोधन) िनयम, 2017 ह।ै
(2) ये सरकारी राजप1 म(cid:27) (काशन क. तारीख को (वृM ह’गे।
2. वायुयान िनयम, 1937 क. अनुसूची II म(cid:27),--
(क) अनुभाग द म(cid:27), पैरा 6 म(cid:27), खंड (ख) म(cid:27), िनNिलिखत परUतुक को अUतःGथािपत (cid:4)कया जाए, अथाBतः-

“परUतु इस िवशेषािधकार का (योग (cid:4)कसी ऐसे िनदशे के अधीन होगा जो महािनदशे क 9ारा इस

(ख) अनुभाग य म(cid:27), पैरा 1 म(cid:27), खंड (ड.) के Gथान पर, िनNिलिखत खंड को रखा जाए, अथाBतः-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th September, 2017
G.S.R. 1171(E).—Whereas the draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, was
published, as required by section 14 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934), vide notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-
II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 986(E), dated the 28th July, 2017, for inviting objections
and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby before the expiry of the period of thirty days
from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published, were made
available to public;
And whereas copies of the Gazette in which the said notification was published were made available
to the public on the 2nd August, 2017;
And whereas objections or suggestions received in respect of the draft rules within the period
specified have been taken into consideration;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the said Aircraft Act, the Central
Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely: ─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Aircraft (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule II to the Aircraft Rules, 1937,—
(a) in Section R, in paragraph 6, in clause (b), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: —
“Provided that this privilege shall be subject to any directions that may be issued by the
Director-General in this behalf to Flying Training Organisations.”;¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
(b) in Section Z, in paragraph 1, for clause (e), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: —
“(e) Experience.— He shall be the holder of a Student Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes,
Helicopters, Gliders, Microlights, Light Sport Aircraft or Balloons) or a Private Pilot’s
Licence (Aeroplanes or Helicopters) or a Pilot’s Licence (Microlight, Light Sport Aircraft,
Gliders or Balloons).”.
