(1) इन िनयम: का संि,? नाम वायुयान (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 ह।ै (2) ये सरकारी राजप. म (cid:20)!काशन क+ तारीख को !वृI ह:गे। 2309 GI/2016 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 2. वायुयान िनयम, 1937 म (cid:20) िनयम 39 ग म(cid:20), उप-िनयम (5) म(cid:20) ‘’चालीस वष’@’ शCद: के Qथान पर “एकल कमRदल वािणिSयक िवमान !चालन क+ दशा म(cid:20) चालीस वष@ और बB-कमRदल वािणSयक िवमान पTरवहन !चालन क+ दशा म(cid:20) साठ वष”@ शCद: को !ितQथािपत (cid:4)कया जाए। [फा.स.ं एवी.11012/144/2015-ए] अVण कुमार, संयु9 सिचव (cid:13)(cid:13)(cid:13)(cid:13)टटटट(cid:15)(cid:15)(cid:15)(cid:15)पप प प णणणण :::: मूल िनयम तारीख 23 माच,@ 1937 क+ अिधसूचना सWं या वी-26 4ारा सरकारी राजप. म(cid:20) !कािशत (cid:4)कए गए थे और अिं तम सशं ोधन तारीख 31 माच,@ 2016 क+ अिधसूचना सWं या.सा.का.िन 399(अ), 4ारा (cid:4)कया गया। MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th May, 2016 G.S.R. 494(E).─ Whereas the draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, was published, as required by section 14 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934), vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 908(E), dated 26th November, 2015, for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby before the expiry of the period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published, were made available to public; And whereas copies of the Gazette in which the said notification was published were made available to the public on the 30th November, 2015; And whereas objections or suggestions received in respect of the draft rules within the period specified have been taken into consideration; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the said Aircraft Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely: ─ 1. (1) These rules may be called the Aircraft ( Second Amendment) Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Aircraft Rules, 1937, in rule 39C,in sub-rule (5), for the words, “forty years”, the words “forty years in case of single crew commercial air transport operations and sixty years in case of multi- crew commercial air transport operations” shall be substituted.
