New Delhi, the 25th November, 2020
S.O. 4241(E).— Whereas the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) was created by a Deed of
Declaration of Trust dated 19th March, 1987.
And whereas various Trustees came to be appointed by the Government from time to time.
And whereas, consequent upon the resignation of Dr. K. Arvind Rao (Member) and Dr. Chandraprakash
Dwivedi (Member) who were appointed as Trustees by the Government of lndia vide order bearing no 16-3/2015-
Akademi dated 13.04.2016.
Now, therefore, in continuation to the order bearing no F. No. 16-3/2015-Akademi dated 13.04.2016, the
Government of India in exercise of the powers vested upon in it in said Deed of Trust as well as its general powers
hereby orders the nomination of the following members in the Trust with immediate effect in public interest, for the
remaining term of the Trust:
i. Sh. Devender Sharma : Member
ii. Prof. Kuldip Agnihotri : Member
iii. Sh. Alok Jain : Member
