1. (1) इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा (cid:7079)ाप् त करन ेके िलए िकसी भी पा(cid:7074) (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) से यह अपेिक्षत ह ैिक वह आधार के कब्जे म (cid:7286)होन ेका
सबुत (cid:7079)स् तुत करे या आधार अिभ(cid:7079)माणन (cid:7079)िकया परू ी करे।
(2) इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा (cid:7079)ाप् त करने का इच् छुक (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) को िजसके पास आधार सख्ं याक नह(cid:7277) ह ै या िजसन े अभी तक
आधार के िलए नामांकन नह(cid:7277) कराया ह,ै 30 िसतम्ब र, 2017 तक आधार नामांकन के िलए आवेदन कराना आवश् यक होगा
परंत ु वह उक्त अिधिनयम के खडं 3 के अनुसार आधार (cid:7079)ाप् त करने का/की हकदार ह ै और ऐसे (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) पर आधार के िलए

(3) आधार (नामांकन और अ(cid:7378)तन) िविनयम, 2016 के िविनयम 12 के अनुसार मं(cid:7074)ालय अपनी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के

जैस े िक ब्ल ॉक या तालकु ा या तहसील म(cid:7286) आधार नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076) अविस् थत नह(cid:7277) ह ै तो मं(cid:7074)ालय स े अपक्षे ा की जाती ह ै िक वह
अपनी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम स े यूआईडीएआई के िव(cid:7378)मान रिजस् (cid:7069)ार के सहयोग स े या यूआईडीएआई रिजस् (cid:7069)ार
बनकर सुिवधाजनक स् थान(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) आधार नामांकन सुिवधाएं उपलब्ध कराएं।
परंत ु उस समय तक जब तक िक (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) को आधार समनुदिेशत नह(cid:7277) िकया जाता ह ै ऐस े (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) को िनम् निलिखत
दस् तावेज(cid:7298) को (cid:7079)स् ततु िकए जान ेके अधीन रहत ेहुए स् कीम का फायदा (cid:7079)दान िकया जाएगा, अथार्त:-
(क) (i) यिद उसन ेनामांकन करा िलया ह ैतो उसका/उसकी आधार नामांकन आईडी की पच(cid:7278);
या
(ii) पैरा-2 के उप-पैरा (ख) म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट िकए गए अनुसार आधार नामांकन के िलए उसके (cid:7367)ारा िकए गए अनुरोध की (cid:7079)ित;
और
(ख) िनम् निलिखत दस् तावेज(cid:7298) म (cid:7286)से कोई एक:
(i) भारत िनवार्चन आयोग (cid:7367)ारा जारी मतदाता पहचान प(cid:7074); या
(ii) आयकर िवभाग (cid:7367)ारा जारी स् थायी खाता संख् या (पैन) काड;र् या
(iii) पासपोटर्; या
(iv) राशन काड;र् या
(v) फोटो सिहत ब(cid:7289)क या डाक घर की पासबकु ; या
(vi) आिधकािरक लेटर हडै पर राजपि(cid:7074)त अिधकारी या तहसीलदार (cid:7367)ारा जारी फोटो वाला पहचान (cid:7079)माणप(cid:7074); या
(vii) मोटर यान अिधिनयम, 1988 (1988 का 59) के अधीन अनुज्ञापन (cid:7079)ािधकारी (cid:7367)ारा जारी चालन अनुज्ञिप् त; या
(viii) िकसान फोटो पासबुक; या
(ix) मं(cid:7074)ालय (cid:7367)ारा सक्षम / िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट कोई अन् य दस्त ावेज।
परंत ुयह और िक मं(cid:7074)ालय (cid:7367)ारा िवशेषरूप से उस (cid:7079)योजन के िलए नामािन(cid:7416)दष ट् अिधकारी (cid:7367)ारा उपयुर्क् त दस् तावेज(cid:7298) की जांच की जाएगी।
2. इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) को सुिवधाजनक तथा िनबार्ध हकदािरय(cid:7298) उपलब् ध करान े के उ(cid:7374)ेश् य स े मं(cid:7074)ालय के कायार्न् वयक
एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम से सभी आवश् यक व् यवस् था करेगा िजसके अतं गर्त िनम् निलिखत भी ह (cid:7289)अथार्त:
(क) कृिष, सहकािरता एवं िकसान कल् याण िवभाग के कायार्लय के माध् यम स े तथा इसकी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम स े मीिडया
तथा (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)क सचू ना(cid:7312) के (cid:7367)ारा व् यापक (cid:7079)चार करना तािक फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) को इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा (cid:7079)ाप् त करने के िलए आधार की

आधार नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)(cid:7298) (www.uidai.gov.in म(cid:7286) उपलब्ध सूची) की सूची उन् ह (cid:7286)उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
(ख) आस-पास के क्षे(cid:7074) जैसे िक ब् लॉक या तालुका या तहसील म(cid:7286) नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)(cid:7298) की अनपु लब्ध ता के कारण फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) के नामांकन

एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध्य म से सिुवधाजनक स् थान(cid:7298) म (cid:7286)आधार नामांकन सुिवधाए ंसृिजत करना आवश् यक ह ैतथा फायदा(cid:7061)ाही आधार नामांकन के
िलए अपना अनुरोध नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर और अन् य िववरण जसै ा िक पैरा 1 के उप-पैरा (3) के परंतुक म(cid:7286) यथा िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट ह (cid:7289)मं(cid:7074)ालय

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th April, 2017
S.O. 1318(E).—Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as identity document for delivery of services or benefits or
subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency and enables beneficiaries
to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner and Aadhaar obviates the need for producing
multiple documents to prove one’s identity;
And whereas, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) in the
Government of India is implementing the Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization scheme (SMAM) (hereinafter
referred to as the Scheme) as a Central sector Scheme by providing financial assistance to Farm Machinery Training and
Testing Institutes (FMTTIs), State Identified Institutions, Public Sector Units (PSUs) of Government of India, State
Governments, Autonomous Institutes of Government of India and State Government Departments (hereinafter referred to
as the Implementing Agencies);
And whereas financial assistance is provided by the Ministry is used by the Implementing Agencies for
Promotion and Strengthening of skills in the area related to Agricultural Mechanization and Post-Harvest Technology to
the farmers, entrepreneurs and scientists (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) through the following components
of the Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the benefits):
a. Promotion and Strengthening of Agricultural Mechanization through Training, Testing and Demonstration,
and
b. Demonstration, Training and Distribution of Post Harvest Technology and Management (PHTM);
And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of India;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and
Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government in the Ministry of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare hereby notifies the following, namely:-
1. (1) An individual eligible for availing benefits under the Scheme is, hereby required to furnish proof of possession
of Aadhaar or undergo Aadhaar authentication.
(2) An individual desirous of availing benefit under the Scheme, who does not possess the Aadhaar number or, has
not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, is hereby required to make an application for Aadhaar enrolment by
30th September, 2017 in case he or she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of the said Act and such
individuals may visit any Aadhaar enrolment centre (list available at www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for

(3) As per regulation 12 of the Aadhaar (Enrolment and Update) Regulations, 2016, the Ministry through its
Implementation Agencies which requires an individual to furnish Aadhaar, is required to offer Aadhaar
enrolment facilities for the beneficiaries who are not yet enrolled for Aadhaar and in case there is no Aadhaar
enrolment centre located in the vicinity such as in the Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the Ministry through its
Implementation Agencies is required to provide Aadhaar enrolment facilities at convenient locations in
coordination with the existing Registrars of UIDAI or by becoming UIDAI Registrar:
Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to
such individuals subject to the production of the following documents, namely:-
(a) (i) if he or she has enrolled, his or her Aadhaar Enrolment ID slip; or
(ii) a copy of his or her request made for Aadhaar enrolment, as specified in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 2;
and
(b) Any one of the following documents:
(i) Voter Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India; or
(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card issue by the Income Tax Department; or
(iii) Passport; or
(iv) Ration Card; or
(v) Bank or Post office Passbook with Photo; or
(vi) Certificate of identity having photo issued by the Gazetted officer or Tehsildar on an official letter
head; or
(vii) Driving license issued by Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or
(viii) Kisan Photo Passbook; or
(ix) Any other document as specified by the Ministry.
Provided further that the above documents shall be checked by an officer specifically designated by the Ministry
for that purpose.
2. In order to provide convenient and hassle free benefits to the beneficiaries under the Scheme, the Ministry
through its Implementation Agencies shall make all required arrangements including the following, namely:-
(a) Wide publicity through media and individual notices through the office of the Department of Agriculture,
Cooperation and Farmers Welfare and its implementing agency, shall be given to the beneficiaries to make them
aware of the requirement of Aadhaar to receive benefits under the Scheme and they may be advised to get
themselves enrolled for Aadhaar at the nearest enrolment centre available in their areas by 30th September, 2017,
in case they are not yet enrolled. The list of locally available Aadhaar enrolment centres (list available at
www.uidai.gov.in) shall be made available to them.
(b) In case, the beneficiaries are not able to enroll due to non-availability of enrollment centres in the near vicinity
such as in the Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the Ministry through its Implementation Agencies is required to create
Aadhaar enrolment facilities at convenient locations, and the beneficiaries may register their requests for
Aadhaar enrolment by giving their names, addresses, mobile numbers and other details as specified in the
proviso to sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 1, with the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers
Welfare through its Implementing Agencies or through the web portal provided for the purpose.
3. This Notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette in all States and
Union territories except the States of Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu and Kashmir.

(िजसे इसम(cid:7286) इसके पश् चात अिधिनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 7 के उपबधं (cid:7298) के अनुसरण म(cid:7286) िनम् निलिखत अिधसूिचत करता ह,(cid:7289) अथार्त: -

(2) इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा (cid:7079)ाप् त करन ेका इच् छुक (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) िजसके पास आधार संख् याक नह(cid:7277) ह ैया िजसने अभी तक आधार
के िलए नामांकन नह(cid:7277) कराया ह ै 30 िसतम्ब र, 2017 तक आधार नामांकन के िलए आवदे न करना आवश् यक होगा परंत ु वह
उक् त अिधिनयम के खडं 3 के अनसु ार आधार (cid:7079)ाप् त करन ेका/की हकदार ह ैऔर ऐसे (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) पर आधार के िलए नामांकन करने
हते ु िकसी भी आधार नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076) (www.uidai.gov.in म(cid:7286) उपलब्ध सचू ी) म(cid:7286) जा सकते ह।(cid:7289)
(3) आधार (नामांकन और अ(cid:7378)तन) िविनयम, 2016 के िविनयम 12 के अनुसार राज् य सरकार और सघं राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन के
अधीन संबंिधत नोडल िवभाग अपनी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम स े िजसके समक्ष िकसी भी (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) को आधार (cid:7079)स् ततु
करना आवश् यक ह,ै को ऐसे फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) के िलए िजन् ह(cid:7298)न ेअभी तक आधार के िलए नामांकन नह(cid:7277) कराया ह,ै के िलए आधार
नामांकन सुिवधाएं दने ा आवश् यक ह ैऔर यिद आस-पास के क्षे(cid:7074) जसै े िक ब्ल ॉक या तालुका या तहसील म(cid:7286) आधार नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)
अविस् थत नह(cid:7277) ह ैतो राज् य सरकार और संघ राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन के अधीन संबंिधत नोडल िवभाग से अपक्षे ा की जाती ह ैिक वह
अपनी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम स े यूआईडीएआई के िव(cid:7378)मान रिजस् (cid:7069)ार के सहयोग स े या यूआईडीएआई रिजस् (cid:7069)ार

परंत ु उस समय तक जब तक (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334) को आधार समनुदिेशत नह(cid:7277) िकया जाता ह ै ऐसे (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) को िनम् निलिखत दस् तावेज(cid:7298) को
(cid:7079)स्त ुत िकए जाने के अधीन रहते हुए स् कीम का फायदा (cid:7079)दान िकया जाएगा, अथार्त-
(क) (i) यिद उसन ेनामांकन करा िलया ह ैतो उसका/उसकी आधार नामांकन आईडी की पच(cid:7278); या
(ii) पैरा-2 के उप-पैरा (ख) म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट िकए गए अनसु ार आधार नामाकं न के िलए उसके (cid:7367)ारा िकए गए अनुरोध की (cid:7079)ित; और
(ख) िनम् निलिखत दस् तावेज(cid:7298) म (cid:7286)से कोई एक:
(i) भारत िनवार्चन आयोग (cid:7367)ारा जारी मतदाता पहचान प(cid:7074); या
(ii) आयकर िवभाग (cid:7367)ारा जारी स् थायी खाता संख् या (पैन) काड;र् या
(iii) पासपोटर्; या
(iv) राशन काड;र् या
(v) फोटो सिहत ब(cid:7289)क या डाक घर की पासबकु ; या
(vi) आिधकािरक लेटर हडै पर राजपि(cid:7074)त अिधकारी या तहसीलदार (cid:7367)ारा जारी फोटो वाला पहचान (cid:7079)माणप(cid:7074); या
(vii) मोटर यान अिधिनयम, 1988 (1988 का 59) के अधीन अनुज्ञापन (cid:7079)ािधकारी (cid:7367)ारा जारी चालन अनुज्ञिप् त; या
(viii) िकसान फोटो पासबुक; या
(ix) राज् य सरकार या संघ राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन (cid:7367)ारा यथा िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट कोई अन् य दस् तावेज।
1. परंत ु यह और िक राज् य सरकार या संघ राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन (cid:7367)ारा िवशेष रूप स े उस (cid:7079)योजन के िलए नामािन(cid:7416)दष् ट अिधकारी (cid:7367)ारा
उपयुर्क् त दस् तावजे (cid:7298) की जांच की जाएगी।
2. इस स्क ीम के अधीन फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) को सुिवधाजनक तथा िनबाधर् हकदािरय(cid:7298) उपलब् ध करान ेके उ(cid:7374)ेश् य स ेराज् य सरकार(cid:7298) और सघं राज् य
क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन(cid:7298) के अधीन कृिष िवभाग अपनी कायार्न् वयक एजि(cid:7286)सय(cid:7298) के माध् यम से सभी आवश् यक व्य वस् था करेगा िजसके अतं गर्त
िनम्न िलिखत भी ह,(cid:7289) अथार्त:-
(क) राज् य सरकार या संघ राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन म (cid:7286)कृिष िवभाग के माध् यम से तथा इसकी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के माध् यम से मीिडया तथा
(cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)क सूचना(cid:7312) के (cid:7367)ारा व् यापक (cid:7079)चार करना तािक फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) को इस स् कीम के अधीन फायदा (cid:7079)ाप् त करने के िलए आधार की
आवश् यकता के बारे म(cid:7286) जागरूक िकया जा सके और यिद उन् ह(cid:7298)ने अभी तक आधार के िलए नामांकन नह(cid:7277) कराया ह ैतो उन्ह (cid:7286)30 िसतम्ब र,
2017 तक अपन े क्षे(cid:7074) के नजदीक उपलब् ध नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076) म(cid:7286) आधार का नामांकन करान े के िलए सलाह दी जा सके। स् थानीय उपलब् ध
आधार नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)(cid:7298) (www.uidai.gov.in म(cid:7286) उपलब्ध सूची) की सूची उन् ह (cid:7286)उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
(ख) आस-पास के क्षे(cid:7074) जैसे िक ब् लॉक या तालुका या तहसील म(cid:7286) नामांकन क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)(cid:7298) की अनपु लब्ध ता के कारण फायदा(cid:7061)ािहय(cid:7298) के नामांकन
कराने की असक्षमता के मामले म (cid:7286) राज् य सरकार(cid:7298) और संघ राज् यक्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन(cid:7298) के अधीन कृिष िवभाग को अपनी कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के
माध्य म से सुिवधाजनक स् थान(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) आधार नामांकन सुिवधाएं सृिजत करना आवश् यक ह ैतथा फायदा(cid:7061)ाही आधार नामांकन के िलए अपना
अनुरोध नाम, पता, मोबाइल नबं र और अन् य िववरण जैसा िक पैरा 1 के उप-पैरा (3) के परंतुक यथा िविन(cid:7416)दष् ट ह (cid:7289)राज् य सरकार और संघ
राज् य क्षे(cid:7074) (cid:7079)शासन के सबं (cid:7373) अिधकािरय(cid:7298) या कायार्न् वयक एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) के पास या इस (cid:7079)योजन के िलए उपलब् ध वेब पोटर्ल के माध् यम से
रिजस् (cid:7069)ीकरण करा सकत ेह।(cid:7289)
3. यह अिधसूचना असम, मेघालय और जम् म-ू कश्म ीर राज् य(cid:7298) को छोड़कर सभी राज् य(cid:7298) और संघ राज् य क्षे(cid:7074)(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) उनके (cid:7079)काशन की

New Delhi, the 25th April , 2017
S.O.1319(E).—Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as identity document for delivery of services or benefits or
subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency and enables beneficiaries
to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner and Aadhaar obviates the need for producing
multiple documents to prove one’s identity;
And whereas, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) in the
Government of India is implementing the Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization scheme (SMAM) (hereinafter
referred to as the Scheme) as a Centrally Sponsored Scheme by providing financial assistance to the concerned nodal
Departments under the State Governments and Union territory Administrations;
And whereas, the financial assistance provided by the Ministry is used by the concerned Nodal Department
under the State Governments or the Union territory Administrations for the farmers (hereinafter referred to as the
beneficiaries) through the State Nodal Agencies or Registered Companies, Agencies or Organizations or the Empanelled
Companies, Agencies or Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agencies) through the following
components of the Scheme (hereinafter referred to as benefits):
a. Financial Assistance for Procurement of Agriculture Machinery and Equipment
b. Establish Farm Machinery Banks for Custom Hiring
c. Establish Hi-Tech, High Productive Equipment Hub for Custom Hiring
d. Promotion of Farm Mechanisation in selected villages
e. Financial Assistance for Promotion of Mechanized Operations/hectare Carried out Through Custom Hiring
Centres, and
f. Promotion of Farm Machinery and Equipment in North-Eastern Region;
And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of India;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and
Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare hereby notifies the following, namely:-
1. (1) An individual eligible for availing benefits under the Scheme is hereby required to furnish proof of possession
of Aadhaar or undergo Aadhaar authentication.
(2) An individual desirous of availing benefit under the Scheme, who does not possess the Aadhaar number or, has
not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, is hereby required to make an application for Aadhaar enrolment by 30th
September, 2017 in case he or she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of the said Act and such
individuals may visit any Aadhaar enrolment centre (list available at www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for
Aadhaar.
(3) As per regulation 12 of the Aadhaar (Enrolment and Update) Regulations, 2016, the concerned nodal department
under the State Government and Union territory Administration through its Implementation Agencies which
require an individual to furnish Aadhaar is required to offer Aadhaar enrolment facilities for the beneficiaries
who are not yet enrolled for Aadhaar and in case there is no Aadhaar enrolment centre located in the vicinity
such as in the Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the concerned nodal department under the State Government and
Union territory Administration through its Implementation Agencies is required to provide Aadhaar enrolment
facilities at convenient locations in coordination with the existing Registrars of UIDAI or by becoming UIDAI
Registrar:
Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to
such individuals subject to the production of the following documents, namely:-
(a) (i) if he or she has enrolled, his or her Aadhaar Enrolment ID slip; or
(ii) a copy of his or her request made for Aadhaar enrolment, as specified in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 2;
and
(b) Any one of the following documents:
(i) Voter Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India; or
(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card issued by the Income Tax Department; or
(iii) Passport; or8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
(iv) Ration Card; or
(v) Bank or Post office Passbook with Photo; or
(vi) Certificate of identity having photo issued by the Gazetted officer or Tehsildar on an official letter
head; or
(vii) Driving license issued by Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or
(viii) Kisan Photo Passbook; or
(ix) Any other document as specified by the State Government or Union territory Administration.
Provided further that the above documents shall be checked by an officer specifically designated by the State
Government or Union territory Administration for that purpose.
2. In order to provide convenient and hassle free benefits to the beneficiaries under the Scheme, the Department of
Agriculture under the State Governments and Union territory Administrations through its Implementation Agencies shall
make all required arrangements including the following, namely:-
(c) Wide publicity through media and individual notices through the office of the Department of Agriculture in the
State Government or Union Territory Administration and through its implementing agency shall be given to the
beneficiaries to make them aware of the requirement of Aadhaar to receive benefits under the Scheme and they
may be advised to get themselves enrolled for Aadhaar at the nearest enrolment centre available in their areas by
30th September, 2017 in case they are not yet enrolled. The list of locally available Aadhaar enrolment centres
(list available at www.uidai.gov.in) shall be made available to them.
(d) In case, the beneficiaries are not able to enroll due to non-availability of enrollment centres in the near vicinity
such as in the Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the Department of Agriculture under the State Governments and Union
territory Administrations through its Implementation Agencies is required to create Aadhaar enrolment facilities
at convenient locations, and the beneficiaries may register their requests for Aadhaar enrolment by giving their
names, addresses, mobile numbers and other details as specified in the proviso to sub-paragraph (3) of
paragraph 1, with the concerned officials of the State Government and Union territory Administration or the
Implementing Agencies or through the web portal provided for the purpose.
3. This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette in all States and
Union territories except the States of Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu and Kashmir.
