128.1 के पि पर ननर्ुजक्त। Appointment of Shri Parshant Kumar Goyal, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Part-time Member, PFRDA. बोर् ड द्वारा पीएफआरर्ीए में अंशकालिक सदस्य के पद पर श्री प्रशांत कुमार गोयि, संयुक्त सचिव, ववत्तीय सेवाएं ववभाग की नियुक्क्त से सम्बंचित सूििा को िोट ककया गया। Board has noted the appointment of Shri Parshant Kumar Goyal, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Part-time Member, PFRDA पीएफआरडीए अचधननर्म, 2013 की ध र 20(2)(d)-एनपीएस (र ष्ट्रीर् पेंर्न प्रण िी) के तहत पेंर्न

128.6 ननचधर्ों द्व र र्ोिन प्र रींभ की सींरिन । Scheme Launch Framework by Pension Funds under NPS umbrella – Section 20(2)(d) of PFRDA Act 2013. बोर् डद्वारा पीएफआरर्ीए अचिनियम, 2013 की िारा 20(2)(d)-एिपीएस (राष्ट्रीय पेंशि प्रणािी) के तहत पेंशि निचियों द्वारा योजिा प्रारंभ की संरििा के प्रस्ताव पर अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। Board has approved the proposal for launching schemes under designed by the Pension Funds within the operational framework defined by PFRDA under Section 20 (2) (d) of the PFRDA Act, 2013.

एनपीएस के तहत ऑटो ववकल्प के अींतगतड ननवेर् ववकल्पों क पुनः ब् ींडडगीं तथ एक से अचधक स्कीम

128.7 फोलिर्ो क ववकल्प। Re-branding of investment options under Auto Choice & Option of multiple scheme folios under NPS. बोर् डद्वारा ऑटो ववकल्प के अंतगतड िाइफ साइककि फंड्स का िाम बदििे तथा एक ही पीआरएएि

(PRAN) के तहत ग्राहकों को ववलभन्ि निवेश ववकल्पों के साथ एक से अचिक योजिाएं िुििे की अिुमनत देिे के प्रस्ताव को अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। Board has approved the proposal for renaming of the lifecycle funds under Auto Choice and allowing subscribers to choose multiple schemes with different investment options under the same PRAN.

(DFS) nominated by the Central Government as Trustee on the Board of Trustees on NPS Trust. बोर् डद्वारा श्री सुक्जतड कानतकड ेयि, निदेशक, ववत्तीय सेवाएं ववभाग (DFS) को एिपीएस न्यास के बोर् ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करिे के प्रस्ताव को अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। Board has approved the appointment of Sh. Surjith Karthikeyan, Director DFS, as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of NPS Trust.

128.9 और पीओपी–एपीव ई सववसड प्रि त को सीआरए िुनने और अलभि त ओीं को व्र्जक्तगत सहमनत की आवश्र्कत के बबन स्थ न न्तररत करने की अनुमनत िेन । Change of choice of selection of Central Recordkeeping Agency in NPS from PoP to Subscribers and allowing PoP-APY Service Provider to select CRA and migrate the subscribers without the need of individual subscriber consent.

बोर् डद्वारा एिपीएस में पीओपी से अलभदाताओं को केन्रीय अलभिेखपाि अलभकरण (सीआरए) के ियि का ववकल्प और पीओपी–एपीवाई सववसड प्रदाता को सीआरए िुििे और अलभदाताओं को व्यक्क्तगत सहमनत की आवश्यकता के बबिा स्थािान्तररत करिे की अिुमनत देिे के प्रस्ताव को अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। The Board approved the proposal for change in the choice of selection of CRA in NPS from PoP to Subscribers and for allowing PoP-APY Service Provider to select CRA and migrate the subscribers without the need of individual subscriber consent.

128.11 2(1)(ञ)(iv) के तहत 'क्रकसी भी व्र्जक्त' र्ब्ि की व्र् ख्र् प्रि न करन । Providing interpretation of the term ‘any person’ under Regulation 2(1)(j)(iv) of the PFRDA (Point of Presence) Regulations, 2018 to function as a Pension Agent.

बोर् डद्वारा पीएफआरर्ीए (प्वाइंट ऑफ प्रेजेंस) ववनियम, 2018 के ववनियमि 2(1)(ञ)(iv) के तहत 'ककसी भी व्यक्क्त' शब्द की व्याख्या करके 'अन्य व्यक्क्तयों' को पेंशि एजेंट के रूप में काय ड करिे की अिुमनत देिे के प्रस्ताव को अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। The Board approved the proposal to permit ‘other persons’ to act as Pension Agents by interpreting the term ‘any person’ under Regulation 2(1)(j)(iv) of the PFRDA (Point of Presence) Regulations, 2018.

128.12 को र् लमि करने क प्रस्त व। Proposal for Inclusion of Gig and Platform Workers under the National Pension System

(NPS) - “NPS Platform Worker Model”. एिपीएस ददवस के अवसर पर 1 अक्टूबर 2025 को जोमेटो, एि र्ी एफ सी पेंशि मैिेजमेंट कंपिी लिलमटेर् (PoP के रूप में) और के-कफि टेक्िोिॉजीज लिलमटेर् (CRA पाटडिर के रूप में) के सहयोग से एि पी एस प्िेटफॉम ड वकडस ड मॉर्ि के लिए पायिट को सफितापूवकड प्रारंभ ककया गया है। The pilot for NPS Platform Workers Model has been successfully launched in collaboration with Zomato, HDFC Pension Management Company Limited (as PoP), and K-Fin Technologies Limited (as CRA partner) on 1st October 2025, on the occasion of NPS Diwas.

128.14 पेंर्न ननचध ववननर् मक और ववक स प्र चधकरण (कमिड री सेव ) (द्ववतीर् सींर्ोधन) ववननर्म, 2025। Amendment to the PFRDA (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2015. बोर् ड िे पेंशि निचि ववनियामक और ववकास प्राचिकरण (कमिड ारी सेवा) (द्ववतीय संशोिि) ववनियम, 2025 को अचिसूचित करिे के प्रस्ताव को अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। The Board approved the proposal for acceptance of the recommendations of the Expert Committee on the Price Discovery Process for CRAs and issuance of guidelines thereof.

ववत्त वष ड 2024-25 के लिए पीएफआरर्ीए के खातों पर प्रिाि निदेशक िेखा परीक्षा के कायाडिय से प्राप्त हुई पथृ क िेखा परीक्षा प्रनतवेदि, को बोर् ड द्वारा अिुमोदि प्रदाि ककया गया है। Separate Audit Report on the accounts of PFRDA for the FY 2024-25, received from the Office of the Principal Director of Audit, has been approved by the Board.
