NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Chapter II, Section 1 Of D.Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited Service Rules 1978, the Government Of Karnataka proposes to make certain amendments to D.Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2013. Objections/Suggestions received after the stipulated date will not be considered. DRAFT RULES 1. Title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication. 2. Amendment of Cadre and Recruitment rules:- In the Cadre and Recruitment Rules of D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited appended with O.M No:(cid:3459)(cid:3708)(cid:3483)/(cid:3693)ಬ(cid:3183) ಂ(cid:3453)/(cid:3693)ಆ(cid:3601)-106/2011-12, Dated: 11.11.2013.
