NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025 was published as required by Chapter II, Section 1 of D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited Service Rules 1978, vide Notification No. BCW 252 BCA 2023, dated 26-03-2025 in Part-IVA No.203 of the Karnataka Extraordinary Gazette dated 26th March 2025 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 26-03-2025. And Whereas, objections and suggestions have been received and considered by the State Government. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Chapter II, Rule 1 of D.Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited Service Rules 1978, the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following amendment in the Cadre and Recruitment Rules of D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, notified under O.M. No:(cid:3459)(cid:3708)(cid:3483)/(cid:3693)ಬ(cid:3183) ಂ(cid:3453)/(cid:3693)ಆ(cid:3601)-106/2011-12, Dated:11.11.2013, namely:- RULES 1. Title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. (1)2 2. Amendment of Cadre and Recruitment rules.- In the Cadre and Recruitment Rules of D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited appended with O.M No:(cid:3459)(cid:3708)(cid:3483)/(cid:3693)ಬ(cid:3183) ಂ(cid:3453)/(cid:3693)ಆ(cid:3601)-106/2011-12, Dated:11.11.2013.- (1) For the entries relating to the category of post of "District Manager/ Recovery Officer" at serial No. 8, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Pay Sl.
