Ms. No. 55, Human Resources Management (A), 27th June 2024, ஆனி 13, குர�ோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] No. SRO B-30/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Servants' Application for Posts Rules, 1973:- Amendments In the said Rules, in rule 3,- (1) in sub-rule (1),- (a) for the expression "in another office or department of the State Government or under another State Government or the Government of India", the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “in another office or department of the State Government or under another State Government or the Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Co-operative Societies or Local Bodies or any other Quasi-Government organisations,”; (b) in the proviso to sub-rule (1), after the expression, "Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission," occurring in two places the following expression shall be inserted, namely:- “or other Recruiting Agencies of the Authorities of other State Governments or the Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Co-operative Societies or Local Bodies or any other Quasi-Government organisations,”. (2) in sub-rule (2), after the expression, “Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission”, occurring in two places the following expression shall be inserted, namely:- “or other Recruiting Agencies or the Authorities of other State Governments or the Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Co-operative Societies or Local Bodies or any other Quasi-Government organisations".
